Members are assigned a Business Development Manager who is there to assist you, with recommendations and category development ideas, in all aspects of your business.

Members also benefit from the total support of our head office. “Your problem is our problem.” We have the contacts within the supplier’s organisation to ensure that any issues are dealt with correctly and promptly.

Members receive a free newsletter monthly, which includes details of promotions, any product or price changes made by our suppliers. It also includes any new marketing or supplier information.

Fozmans members also benefit from preferential terms from our sister company Retail Gateway who are one of the UK leaders in merchant services and electronic payment solutions including mobile phone top up and much more.

How to start
- On acceptance of your membership, you will receive a unique membership number.

Your Business Development Manager will assist you choose the services you need,

We will contact the suppliers on your behalf and arrange for the suppliers to open an account for you through the Fozmans Buying Group.

Once your account has been opened with the suppliers you can place an order directly with them using your membership number.

Suppliers will deliver goods directly to you along with delivery notes to enable you to check the delivery before signing the receipt.

Account Benefit

Every 2 weeks we will collate all the invoices from the suppliers you have used and these will be sent to you along with a Fozmans invoice and updated statement.

Our system is clear and straight forward and will enable you to check exactly what you have been charged for and any discounts you are entitled to.

Payment is by Direct Debit which is taken from your bank account approximately 2 weeks following the invoice date.

As a Member from receipt of goods and payment you receive a valuable period of credit averaging around 4 weeks.

Our process makes it much easier for you to run your business. You will still receive all the supplier invoices, but all you need is the Fozmans invoice - which means you only have to pay one bill – this will also mean less accounting for you as all your suppliers will be detailed on one invoice.

Our process provide you with a more cost effective system to manage your business which means you can make more money, from not only preferential terms, but also reduced number of bank transactions you need to make, therefore less bank charges.
